<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control system which prevents fire caused by flashing off to a leaked gas when power supply is recovered, and performs an automatic restoration of an electric power to an electric facility. <P>SOLUTION: The system 1 is equipped with a first supply 5, a first circuit breaker 2 installed on the first supply 5, a controller 3 connected to the first circuit breaker 2 and an alarm annunciator 12, and a second circuit breaker 4 branched from an upperstream side than the first circuit breaker 2 on the first supply 5 and connected to the alarm annunciator 12 and the controller 3. In the system 1, the first supply 5 is automatically disconnected by the first circuit breaker 2 when a power interruption occurs due to disasters such as an earthquake and the like. When the power supply is recovered, the power is fed only to the alarm annunciator 12 and the controller 3. When the alarm annunciator 12 detects no gas leakage for a predetermined period of time, the controller 3 restores to open the first supply 5 interrupted by the first circuit breaker 2.
