PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal level conversion circuit which normally converts a signal level even for an input signal with low amplitude, has high operation reliability and simple configuration. SOLUTION: The signal level conversion circuit is provided with: first and second input transistors 1, 2 which are transistors each having the same polarity channel and convert the input signal IN with low amplitude into an output signal with high amplitude; a first offset transistor 17 which is a transistor with the same polarity channel as those of the first and second input transistors, is connected to a first current source 15 for supplying current, adds first offset voltage to the input signal and applies the input signal to a gate of the first input transistor; and a second offset transistor 18 which is a transistor with the same polarity channel as those of the first and second input transistors, is connected to a second current source 16 for supplying current, adds second offset voltage to first bias voltage VREF'to be superimposed on the input signal and applies the first bias voltage VREF' to a gate of the second input transistor.
