PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor having satisfactory anode connection. SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitor element substrates C1-C4 are laminated. In the capacitor element substrates, there are cathode sections N1-N4 comprising a solid electrolyte layer and a cathode extraction layer at one side of a valve action metal having a dielectric on a surface, and there are anode sections P1-P4 that are the exposure sections of the valve action metal at the other side. The anode sections P1, P2 and lead frames 7, 7' are subjected to conductive junction by resistance welding, where a prescribed voltage is applied for two times continuously with a prescribed interval time.
