PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measure for measuring the height of a swelling at a pressure weld part and a shift length of a pressure weld surface of a rebar made by gas pressure welding. SOLUTION: The measure includes: a measure body 1 comprising a first rule part 11 provided with first and second scales 13 and 14, and a second rule part 12 with a first contact part 15 formed on its end so as to make contact with a trunk part 51 of the rebar 5; a first slide rule plate 2 provided with a third scale 21, mounted on the measure body mavably in its X-axis direction and in a turning direction centering on a fulcrum 22a, and mounted with a second slide rule plate 3 with a second contact part 23 formed thereon so as to make contact with the trunk part of the rebar; and a third slide rule part 4 provided with a fourth scale 41, mounted on the measure body mavably in its X-axis and Y-axis directions, and having a third contact part 42 formed on its end so as to make contact with the weld part of the rebar.
