PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support unit for microfluid systems which does not restrict reactions, number of analytical steps, or quantities and is manufactured easily. SOLUTION: The support unit for microfluid systems is provided with a first support 1 and at least one of hollow filaments 501, 511, and the like which functions as a channel of a microfluid system, the hollow filament is fixed in an arbitrary shape to the first support, and the hollow filament has monolithic structures 301, 311, and the like at prescribed locations in the inside.
