PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for lengthening the service life of a planetary roller screw device, by improving operation efficiency in the planetary roller screw device. SOLUTION: This planetary roller screw device has a plurality planetary rollers 6 having a central screw shaft 2, a nut 4 and a planetary pinion gear 8 and forming a roller screw 9 meshing with a shaft screw 3 and a nut screw 5, and a ring gear 13 meshing with the planetary pinion gear 8. The ring gear 13 is fixed to the nut 4, and when the central screw shaft 2 on the unfixed side of the ring gear 13 crosses and meshes with the planetary rollers 6, a screw surface of the shaft screw 3 is formed in a circular arc, and a dislocation quantityΔZs in the Z direction to the coordinate origin of the contact center of the mutual screw surfaces of the shaft screw 3 crossing and meshing with the roller screw 9 is reduced.
