PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a clutch operation device for operating a clutch engaged/disengaged by operations in linear forward/backward directions by adding a simple structure. SOLUTION: A contact surface part 54f of a shift operation member 52 to a clutch operation body 51 is formed with a bearing 54 rotating with change of a contact position based on displacement in the moving direction of the clutch operation body 51 with respect to the shift operation member 52.
