PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jib storing device improved in workability for storing and protruding a jib, and adaptable to the jib different in gravity center position by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The jib storing device is provided for storing the jib 7 connectable to the front end side of a boom 6 at the side face of the boom 6 extending from the body of a working machine. The device comprises an intermediate supporting means 60 mounted to the jib 7 movably along the longitudinal direction of the jib 7 for supporting the jib 7 at its longitudinal intermediate part, and a jib side positioning means 53 for fixing the position of the intermediate supporting means 60 relative to the jib 7 in the longitudinal direction of the jib 7.
