FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: lathe contains bed with located on it immovable milling block and movable guiding adjusting lines, facilities of auto-feeding, pressing and mobile location of treated material. Mobile guiding lines are located on the both sides of lathe longitudinal axes, passing through spindle axis of milling block, at that lines are outfitted by mechanisms of horizontal displacement and mechanisms angle of slope change of working surface plate of each line. Mechanism of mobile basis of treated material is implemented in the form of system of driving horizontal and non-driving vertical clamping rollers, at that vertical rollers are implemented in the form of split-type, in which there are combined cylindrical and taper rollers, at that taper rollers are implemented as detachable. ^ EFFECT: improving of lathe operating productivity at treatment of saw timber edges. ^ 2 dwg |
