The present invention relates to labelled cMet binding peptides suitable for optical imaging in vivo. The peptides are labelled with an optical repor ter group suitable for imaging in the red to near-infrared region. Also disc losed are pharmaceutical compositions and kits, as well as in vivo imaging m ethods, especially of use in the detection, staging, diagnosis, monitoring o f disease progression or monitoring of treatment of colorectal cancer (CRC).
