<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight laminate capable of withstanding a heat treatment in a battery manufacturing process, and having practical durability; and a solar cell using it. <P>SOLUTION: This laminate is provided with a glass plate having a first surface and a second surface, a conductive film formed on the first surface of the glass plate, and a photoactive layer formed on the conductive film, and is characterized in that the glass plate is formed of glass having a strain point above 400°C, and has a thickness of 10 μm to 2.2 mm, and a resin is formed on the second surface of the glass plate. This solar cell is provided with: the laminate provided with the glass plate having the first surface and the second surface, the conductive film formed on the first surface of the glass plate, and the photoactive layer formed on the conductive film; a translucent base material; a transparent electrode formed on one surface of the translucent base material; and an electrolyte filled between the laminate and the transparent electrode; and characterized in that the glass plate is formed of glass having a strain point above 400°C, and has a thickness of 10 μm to 2.2 mm, and a resin is formed on the second surface of the glass plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
