PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an ink mist from adhering to a carrier belt. SOLUTION: A printing medium 8 is carried by being pinched in a space between an upstream side lower carrier unit 9 and an upstream side upper carrier unit 16, and a space between a downstream side lower carrier unit 10 and a downstream side upper carrier unit 17. Therefore, when the printing medium 8 is carried, a relative position of the printing medium 8 to the upstream side lower carrier unit 9 and the downstream side lower carrier unit 10 can be held without using static electricity. Also, the ink mist is prevented from being attracted to the carrying belt by static electricity, and the ink mist can be prevented from adhering to the carrier belt. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
