PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone membrane which contain a silsesquioxane skeleton in the main chain of a silicon-containing polymer and is excellent in heat-resistance. SOLUTION: The silicone membrane is provided by curing in a water-existing atmosphere a crosslinkable composition comprising a crosslinkable siloxane polymer produced by condensing a specific silicon compound containing a silsesquioxane skeleton in the main chain with a crosslinkable silicon compound having three or more groups or atoms causing condensation reaction with the hydroxy in the specific silicon compound.
