PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent propagation of an error caused by erroneous detection of a frame position by easily evading the erroneous detection of a synchronous frame position in one sector. SOLUTION: When one sector is divided into first, second,,,, (n)th area by continuously arranging the same first, second... (n)th synchronizing signals (n is a positive integer) every other (k) frames (k is a positive integer) for a plurality of frames included at least in the sector, distance between codes of bit patterns given to first, second...(n)th synchronizing signals of every other (k) frames included in respective area are made 2 or more.
