PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein processing is non-effectuated by executing the same process a plurality of times, and a problem wherein a processed result to be obtained in each workflow before composed can not be obtained in a composition workflow. SOLUTION: This workflow generator or the like generates the workflow unified into one with processing processes using the same function. The processing process for regulating a difference is specified therein when attributes are determined to be different between the plurality of processing processes, in response to necessity.
