PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for a resonator to easily get a desirable resonance frequency. SOLUTION: This resonator comprises: the resonance frequency regulator 4 which changes all together the volume V of the resonance chamber 22, length L1, L2 and L3 of the communication path 3, and the cross-sectional area of the communication path 3; wherein in order to lower a resonance frequency, the resonance frequency regulator 4 performs increasing the volume V of the resonance chamber 22, increasing length L1, L2 and L3 of the communication path 3, and decreasing the cross-sectional area of the communication path 3 all together, while in order to heighten a resonance frequency, the resonance frequency regulator 4 performs decreasing the volume V of the resonance chamber 22, decreasing length L1, L2 and L3 of the communication path 3, and increasing the cross-sectional area of the communication path 3 all together.
