Novel biodegradable compositions are disclosed. The biodegradable composi tions include at least one hydroxyl-terminated component and at least one bi oactive peptide in a linear chain. The compositions may be utilized as medic al devices including drug delivery devices, tissue adhesives and/or sealants .
