<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying device for preventing the occurrence of gloss unevenness corresponding to the positions of suction holes of a carrying belt on output images, and to provide an image forming device. <P>SOLUTION: A guide member 32 is provided with an abutting face for abutting on the inner peripheral face of the carrying belt 31 having the plurality of suction holes 31a. In the abutting face of the guide member 32, a plurality of openings are formed to suck recording medium via the suction holes 31a. The openings are formed so that the carrying belt 31 is settled in the openings when thrusting the carrying face of the carrying belt 31.
