<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collectively and efficiently manage a plurality of electronic files in order to output those electronic files to a plurality of distribution destinations. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 21 of an engineering release client terminal 20 acquires file information data and distribution destination data, and generates engineering release setting data based on this data. A control part 21 displays a file button corresponding to file information data, a distribution destination part button corresponding to the distribution destination data and a cell button corresponding to the engineering release setting data arranged like a matrix. The control part 21 changes the value of the item of the engineering release setting data corresponding to each selected button. When the draft-output instruction is selected, the control part 21 transmits an output setting registration request including each engineering release setting data, and the control part 11 of the engineering release server 10 registers it in an engineering release information database 14.
