<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a skin surface inserting micro-needle intended for dermal administration of a medicine or a functional agent is made of industrial material such as metal and plastics, encountered is the problem of causing an accident such that the micro-needle breaks and remains in the body, and in administration of a medicine using the micro-needle, generally the medicine is applied to the needle surface, but dermal osmosis has limitation in quantity so that enough dose cannot be secured. <P>SOLUTION: This cusp type skin surface inserting micro-needle 4 uses material soluble in skin as a base material, so that it can be safely, surely and easily inserted in the skin surface, and also in the case of an intra-corporeal remaining accident, the advantage of dissolving the micro-needle in a living body can be obtained.
