<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell capable of suppressing unevenness of outputs in case enzyme is fixed as catalyst to at least either a cathode or an anode, with cell solution such as fuel hardly leaking, and capable of being manufactured in a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: A coin type or a button type bio-fuel cell is manufactured by holding a cathode 13, a proton conductor 14, and an anode 15 between a cathode collector 11 with an oxidant supply port 11b and an anode collector 12 with a fuel supply port 12b, and caulking an edge of the outer periphery part 11a of the cathode collector 11 to an outer periphery part 12a of the anode collector 12 through a gasket 16a.
