MOBILE TERMINAL DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, AND MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a phenomenon that a lot of control packets flow to an ad hoc network and decreases the availability of communication bands, and to secure reachability of transmission data with a few control packets, in the ad hoc network where a plurality of mobile terminal devices transmit and receive communication packets directly.

SOLUTION: A hello packet transmission/reception means 201 in each mobile terminal device 200 receives a hello packet to obtain data on a neighborhood terminal, and stores the data at a neighborhood terminal list storing means 207. According to the data stored at the neighborhood terminal list storing means 207, a clustering means 205 specifies a mobile terminal device to be a cluster head, based on a principle of the configuration of the ad hoc network. Then, the clustering means 205 specifies a gateway based on a predetermined agreement for routing.
