PRODUCTION METHOD OF SPHERE-SHAPED HYALURONIC ACID GEL PARTICLES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple production method of hyaluronic acid gel having a uniform sphere shape in which a particle diameter can be controlled. SOLUTION: This production method of sphere-shaped hyaluronic acid gel particles is characterized by comprising a step of producing the sphere-shaped particles by reacting hyaluronic acid with a cationic surfactant in an aqueous solvent. This production method preferably contains a step of reacting the above sphere-shaped particles with a crosslinker after the above step. Further, this production method preferably further contains a step of purifying the above sphere-shaped particles by performing a dialysis after the above step. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
