PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated solid electrolytic capacitor having satisfactory anode connection. SOLUTION: A plurality of capacitor element substrates C1-C4 are laminated. In the capacitor element substrates, there are cathode sections N1-N4 comprising a solid electrolyte layer and a cathode extraction layer at one side of a valve action metal having an oxide film that becomes a dielectric on a surface, and there are anode sections P1-P4 that are the exposure sections of the valve action metal at the other side. The anode sections P1, P2 and lead frames 7, 7' are welded by resistance welding, and welded places are subjected to conductive welding by laser welding with a spot diameter of 50-100% of the junction width of the resistance welding.
