PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive paint that can form a transparent conductive film of good conductivity with organic solvent resistance, and to provide the transparent conductive film that is formed using the transparent conductive paint. SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive paint, the conductive oxide granule with an average particle size of 1-100 nm is dispersed in the solvent containing binder resin. The glass transition point (Tg) of the binder resin is 120°C or higher and is preferrably 140°C or higher. The phenoxy resin of bridging nature is preferred as the binder resin, and its curing agent is preferred to be block isocyanate. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
