PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raised knitted fabric knitted at a high density and composed of a ground structural part and a raised part which assumes a soft touch feeling, to provide a method for producing the raised knitted fabric and to provide clothes using the raised knitted fabric. SOLUTION: The raised knitted fabric is composed of the ground structural part composed of yarns for the ground structural part and the raised part composed of raised yarns. The raised knitted fabric is characterized in that the loop density of the ground structural part is≥6,000 loops/(2.54 cm)<SP>2</SP>and the apparent shrinkage ratio defined by the equation: apparent shrinkage ratio (%)=(LK2-LK1)/LK2×100 äwherein, LK1 is the straight-line distance (mm) between both ends of each raised yarn when the raised yarn is cut from the root and measured in such a state as not to apply tension to the yarn; and LK2 is the length (mm) when the raised yarn is stretched into a linear state} is≤20% in the raised yarns composing the raised part.
