PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for changing a structure and a shape of an air cleaner housing section in a case where an air cleaner is attached to a chassis, even if a structure or an attached position of the attaching stay is required to be changed. SOLUTION: The cylindrical air cleaner attaching structure has a cylindrical shell and has at least one of an air flowing-in duct and an air flowing-out duct arranged outward of the outer shell. This structure is provided with an air cleaner band 22 wound around an outer periphery of the outer shell 10a, for attaching a cylinder air cleaner 10 to a member-to-be-attached of the chassis, and an air cleaner support 31 fixed to the air cleaner band 22 at one end thereof and abutted to at least one of the air flowing-in duct 11 or the air flowing-out duct 12 at the other end thereof. The air cleaner band 22 positions the cylinder air cleaner 10 in a radial direction with respect to an axis of the cylinder air cleaner 10, and the air cleaner support 31 positions the cylinder air cleaner 10 in an axial direction and a rotational direction of the cylinder air cleaner 10.
