PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an action failure of a switch even if a limit switch is fitted in various directions at an installation part by retaining a breather hole in a downward state so as to enable to discharge intruded cutting oil by gravity all the time, and to greatly improve the mechanical durability of the switch. SOLUTION: A breather hole 27 to open a plunger room 4 to the atmosphere is fitted in a switch box 2 by insertion-coupling a blazer tube 31 formed of a flexible tube into the breather hole 27, and also, by providing an air expansion room 28 to the switch box 2 in the middle part of the breather hole 27, a pressure change generated in the plunger room 4 is alleviated by the movement of a movable plunger 6 through the blazer tube 31.
