PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed wiring board that can be optionally bent and has sufficient dimensional stability and sufficiently improved bending resistance. SOLUTION: A printed wiring board 100 can be bent in a predetermined bending direction B, and is provided with: a fiber base material 2 having a fiber base material containing a first fiber 6 arranged in a first direction A and a second fiber 8 arranged in a second direction C crossing the first direction A; and a conductor layer 4 formed on the fiber base material 2.
