PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably manage a model or a component in response to phases. SOLUTION: A storage means stores the model. A trial production request input means receives the input of a trial production request with respect to the model stored in the storage means or the component constituting the model. A defining means defines independent version numbers between phases to be generated whenever the trial production is requested with respect to the model or the component when the trial production request input means requests the trial production with respect to the model or the component. A prohibiting means prohibits correction or change with respect to the model or the component in the previous phases when the defining means defines the version number of the model or the component.
