PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate or control the thickness, its change, fiber density, etc., by transferring a polymer web produced and collected on a web-carrying substrate material. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polymer web is provided by forming a polymer web layer 7 on the web-carrying substrate material 4 by a process of collecting and piling by forming polymer fibers 2 by the ejection from a hole 9 of a polymer liquid 1 and electrostatic charge and collecting and piling on a collecting body 3 by an electric charge induction, a process of applying an adhesive 5 on the web-carrying substrate material 4, and a process of transferring for transferring the polymer web-piled layer 6 on the collecting body 3 to the web-carrying substrate material 4 through the adhesive 5.
