PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyorganosiloxane composition which is cured to give a silicone rubber having low moisture permeability, even in a system not containing an inorganic filler. SOLUTION: This polyorganosiloxane composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. of a polyorganosiloxane represented by an average unit formula (I) and having two or more R<SP>1</SP>groups per molecule: (B) a polyorgano hydrogen siloxane represented by an average unit formula (II) and having more than two hydrogen atoms per molecule in such an amount that the number of the hydrogen atoms bound to a silicon atom per R<SP>1</SP>existing in (A) is 0.5 to 5.0; and (C) a platinum group metal compound in an amount of 0.1 to 1,000 weight ppm per the amount of (A), wherein the number of 1-6C alkyl groups among R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>per silicon atom is <1.6.
