PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production loss caused by the continuous release of a yarn in a stop and a change of winding by stopping the yarn which is continuously fed, in winding with a two point hank frame. SOLUTION: In the winding device for winding a yarn which is continuously fed at a constant speed, in two points, winding is automatically changed from a frame in winding to the other frame, and the fed yarn is wound up without stopping the yarn. Winding devices (winding shaft) 1 and 2 for winding up with a two-point hank frame 3 are arranged opposite to each other so as to wind up the yarn by automatically changing winding to the two-point frame which is fitted to the winding shafts each other.
