PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily correct the position and angle of a fabric relative to the needle falling position. SOLUTION: The sewing machine 100 includes a needle bar 1 which moves in the vertical direction, holding a sewing needle 1a; a fabric moving mechanism 20 which has a detachable fabric holding frame 10 to hold the fabric K and which relatively moves on a horizontal plane orthogonally crossing the direction of movement of the needle bar 1 relative to the falling position of the sewing needle 1a; and an index mark 6 to be collated with a marker point P attached to the fabric K. The fabric holding frame 10 is provided in such a way that the angle on the X-Y plane can be adjusted to the fabric moving mechanism 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
