The method involves arranging a flexible solar module (12) in a forming tool and a plastic material (14) is extruded behind and is completely laminar. The solar module is arranged with a front side on a form surface of the forming tool. A separate spraying process plastic material is formed at the front side of the solar module. A polycarbonate material is used as plastic material. An independent claim is also included for a construction unit with a solar generator function.
