The light emitting electronic module for the production of charge carriers, comprises a cathode, an anode, and an organic layer arrangement (4) arranged between the cathode and the anode and electrically contacted with the cathode and the anode. The organic layer arrangement shows electric charges when producing an electric potential at the anode and the cathode producing area with np or pn transition. The np transition is formed with a layer of p-type organic semi conducting material and with n-doping layer of n-type organic semi conducting material. The pn transition is formed with a layer from n-type organic semi conducting material and with a p-doping layer of p-type organic semi conducting material as holes carrier layer and electron blocking layer that are in electrical contact with the main layer of the cathode. The p and n-type are formed multilayers as a part of light emitting area. The electronic module is organic light emitting module, organic diode, organic photovoltaic cell, organic transistor and light emitting diode. |
