A thermoplastic elastomer composition is a blend of (a) 15-80 pts. wt. polyamide thermoplastic resin (A); (b) 20-85 pts. wt. rubber composition (B) comprising a copolymeric rubber of 4-7C isomonolefin and p-alkyl styrene, part of which contains halogen; and (c) a crosslinking agent (C). At least part of (B) is dispersed in (A) and at least part of the dispersed phase is crosslinked. Also claimed is a production process for the above thermoplastic elastomer composition.
