The alcohol-free beverage comprises an aqueous mixture of extracts of potato root tubers, extracts from pepper fruit, extracts from sea radish roots, fruit or acetic acids, sugars and salt. The salt contains a proportion of sea salt and sugar partially contains fructose. The fruit acid partially contains ascorbic acid, citric acid and tartaric acid. The acetic acid partly exists from wine vinegar and partly from herb vinegar. The mixture also contains chicory, celery, aeromax sodium bicarbonate, sodium acetate and carminic acid. An independent claim is also included for: (1) a method for producting alcohol-free beverage; and (2) a concentrate obtained from an aqueous solution .
