摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device having a wiring layout in which a short-circuit defect can be easily repaired even at an intersection where a raw wiring line and a column wiring line intersect. <P>SOLUTION: Wiring lines VL in rows and wiring lines SL in columns are formed in the same conductor layer, in which one wiring line SL is cut at an intersection where both wiring lines cross, while the other wiring line VL is formed across the other wiring line SL by passing through the deficient portion where the wiring line SL is cut. A pair of ends of the one wiring line SL facing each other over the deficient portion are connected with each other by another wiring line BP. The wiring line BP is formed in another conductive layer separated from the wiring lines VL, SL in rows and columns by an interlayer dielectric and arranged to intersect the other wiring line VL avoiding the deficient portion.
