<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operation picture set on one multifunction device to be used in other multifunction devices without user's setting a private operation picture on respective multifunction devices neither providing a dedicated server device when using a plurality of multifunction devices connected by a network, though an electronic apparatus which has a plurality of functions and is shared among many users, such as a multifunction device (an image forming apparatus), allows each user to have an operation picture through which the user can login and display information only for the user. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of image forming apparatuses connected by the network communicate use information peculiar to a user (the operation picture only for the user) with each other and compare update dates to select and store the latest use information, in the image forming apparatus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
