<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current consumption and improve switching time without increasing resistance of a resistor constituting an inverter. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor switch circuit includes a switch circuit 38 constituted using first and second FETs 9 and 10 for switching, and a control circuit 37 which controls the operation of the switch circuit 38 based upon an external control signal applied from the outside. Each of inverters 28, 29, and 30 of the control circuit 37 has an FET 6 for inverter and a load resistor 13, and buffers 31 and 32 constituted by connecting first and second FETs 7 and 8 for buffer in series are connected to an interconnection point between the FET 6 for inverter and load resistor 13 to reduce the power consumption of the load resistor 13 and improve the switching time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
