<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body member with photochromic decoration, which has light resistance enough to be utilized as the body member to be exposed to the environment. <P>SOLUTION: The body member as an outer cover for mobile equipment utilizable both outdoors and indoors comprises a coating film containing a photochromic dye provided on at least a part of the inner surface of the transparent base material. Plastic is used as the transparent base material. An ultraviolet absorber for absorbing ultraviolet light with a wavelength shorter than the wavelength range, in which the photochromic dye is color developed, is dispersed in the transparent plastic base material. Further, a coating film containing a photochromic dye is formed using a coating liquid containing a hindered amine or hindered phenol photostabilizer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
