PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing hydrogen peroxide, which can efficiently produce hydrogen peroxide by using water and an oxygen-containing gas, and to provide an air conditioner, an air cleaner and a humidifier, which use hydrogen peroxide that is produced in the apparatus, for cleaning. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing hydrogen peroxide comprises: an electrolysis cell 1 which is constituted by an electrolyte membrane 2 having conductivity for ions of hydrogen, an anode 3 arranged so as to contact with a first surface of the electrolyte membrane 2 and a cathode 4 arranged so as to contact with a second surface of the electrolyte membrane 2; an electrolytic cell 7 in which the face of the anode 3 constitutes one part of the cell, and stores water therein; a gas-supplying device 17 for supplying an oxygen-containing gas to the cathode 4; water-supplying means 11 for supplying water to the cathode 4; a power source 24 for applying DC voltage to the anode 3 and the cathode 4; and a hydrogen-peroxide-recovering tank 22 for recovering hydrogen peroxide which has been produced in the electrolysis cell 1.
