PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high impact-resistant and high permittivity resin substrate. SOLUTION: A first resin substrate 12 or a second resin substrate 20 assembled in a band pass filter 10 is made of a PPS resin with flat non-magnetic metal powders G introduced therein. As a result, a high complex relative permittivity (real part)ε' is obtained so that the band pass filter 10 is provided inexpensively and it is hardly cracked and is strong against vibration and impact compared with the conventional cases made of ceramics such as barium titanate, and thus its application range is widened. Moreover, the band pass filter 10 is used also for another electronic component. Also in this case, the electronic component is provided inexpensively and it is hardly cracked and is strong against vibration and impact so that its application range is widened.
