PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition which changes little in peeling force with peeling speed, is satisfactory in both high-speed peeling force and a low-speed peeling force, and is excellent in fittability to substrates. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer (A) having an alkylene oxide chain as a side chain, an acrylic polymer (B) prepared by the (co)polymerization of a material containing 80-100 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic ester which forms a homopolymer having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 0-40°C, and an isocyanate crosslinking agent (C).
