PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally shrinkable polyester-based film which is suitable for labels excellent in all of shrinkage-finishing properties, adhesiveness to bottles, perforated line-opening property, solvent adhesive strength, and initial breakage rate. SOLUTION: This thermally shrinkable polyester-based film is formed by charging and melting a polyester resin component A comprising a butylene terephthalate unit, an ethylene terephthalate unit and a 1,4-cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate unit, and a polyester resin component B mainly comprising an ethylene terephthalate unit and a 1,4-cyclohexanedimethylene terephthalate unit in extruders A1 and B1, respectively, charging the resin component A and the resin component B into a static mixer in a molten state, extruding from a T-die, cooling the extruded product, and then stretching the formed un-stretched sheet at least monoaxially.
