PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the inspection of a position indicator of each floor without turning on a light on a floor on which no worker is for inspecting the positional indicator, in an elevator position indicator inspection system. SOLUTION: A landing 13 includes a landing opening portion provided with a landing door 18 of an elevator. A lifting floor indicator 42 is provided above the landing opening portion, and a landing button 44 and an ID card reader 22 are provided at suitable height on a lateral side of the landing opening portion. The lifting floor indicator 42, and the landing button 44 constitute the position indicator of the elevator. The lifting indicator 42, the landing button 44, and the ID card reader 22 are connected to a control portion 30. The control portion 30 has a function turning on the position indicator 40 of the landing 13 detected that the worker 8 is there, according to the detection result of the ID card reader 22.
