PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a plurality of railway vehicles in which a plurality of freight cars are connected without giving restriction to curve section traveling of the freight cars. SOLUTION: The passage rail device 10 is provided with a pair of slide members 21, 22 laid between the two connected freight cars 110, having a fitting structure and telescopic by sliding of the fitting portion, and an upper part of the pair of fitted slide members 21, 22 has a structure that the railway vehicle 210 can travel similarly to a loading rail 112. The passage rail device 10 is provided with a pair of passage parts 20 arranged on an extension line of the loading rail 112; and base seat parts 40 provided on both ends of the respective freight cars 110, supporting one end and the other end of the respective passage plates 20 and horizontally turnably supporting the passage plate 20.
