The invention relates to the use of an anti-settling and foam-reducing agent in a method that comprises the step of grinding in an aqueous medium at least one inorganic material and at least one binder, characterised in that said anti-settling and foam-reducing agent is an invert emulsion including a dispersion of water particles in an oily phase and a polymer containing acrylamide and an acrylic monomer.
