<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the operation efficiency of a tire vulcanizer and the working efficiency of vulcanization molding by preheating a tire vulcanizing bladder unit on the outside of the tire vulcanizer before the tire vulcanizing bladder unit is fitted to a green tire. <P>SOLUTION: A preheating apparatus 1 for preheating the bladder unit 80 is installed for tire manufacturing equipment, and the bladder unit 80 is preheated in the state of being housed in a storage chamber 10 which is installed in the preheating apparatus 1. The preheating apparatus 1 heats upper and lower platens 30 and 35 by supplying steam into their inside passages, and makes them abut on upper and lower locking members 91 and 92 of the bladder unit 80, so that heat transmission can make the bladder unit 80 heated via a bladder holding means 90. The steam is concurrently supplied into the bladder 81 from a steam supplying means 51, so as to directly heat the bladder 81 and the bladder holding means 90 from the inside and preheat the bladder unit 80 to a predetermined temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
